The platform lets anyone place real-money bets (after registering and funding an account) on possible successors, including Péter Magyar, currently leading odds at 60%, and long-time incumbent Viktor Orbán at 40%. As bets soar past USD 430,000 in trading volume, the site’s shifting odds are fuelling speculation: for the first time in years, Orbán’s grip on power is publicly challenged, and the “will-he-won’t-he” around his re-election has become a wager watched across Europe.
