Time Out reveals the world’s 50 best cities for 2025: Budapest shines at prestigious place

  • Luxembourg City may be small in size, but it punches above its weight when it comes to business travel. With 763 free WiFi spots, the city ensures strong digital connectivity, and with speeds of 181.42 Mbps download and 100.45 Mbps upload, remote working is easy and efficient. While the average meal cost is high at £74.03, this reflects the city’s premium business and dining culture. There are 69 business-friendly hotels and 53 things to do, offering a good balance of productivity and leisure. Just 1 hour and 15 minutes from London, it’s an ideal destination for quick, high-impact trips.
  • Lyon stands out for its ultra-fast internet, boasting 349.95 Mbps download and 261.24 Mbps upload speeds, the highest on the list. Though it has fewer free WiFi spots (1,132) than larger cities, the speed compensates.
