Orbán cabinet raises terror threat level: heightened security measures at Budapest Airport
The Hungarian government has raised the country’s terror threat level in response to the US-Israeli war against Iran, Deputy Interior Minister Bence Rétvári announced.

More police officers will now be visible at key infrastructure sites, including Budapest Airport and the roads leading into the capital.
Mr Rétvári said the measures would bolster security at police facilities storing weapons, with regular patrols ordered at sites critical to the state’s functioning and the population’s supply chain.
There will also be an enhanced police presence on major public thoroughfares, in crowd-gathering areas, and at the terminals, entrances, and access roads of Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, where a constant police presence is expected. Officers will conduct random checks at internal Schengen borders, he added.
Police checks will be carried out on roads into Budapest, while enhanced protection will be provided at certain embassies, Mr Rétvári listed. “I emphasise that these are all preventive measures by the police to protect Hungary’s peace and security (…) and we ask for the patience and cooperation of citizens,” the politician said.

Orban is preparing the conditions to cancel the election in order to hang onto power. It starts with whipping up hysteria among the public about an external enemy which in this case is Ukraine. We have less than six weeks to go but at some point Orban possibly in collusion with Russia may carry out a false flag attack on some kind of installation be it an energy facility or airport, etc. He will then declare a state of emergency which will give him the legal ability to cancel the election. Orban is in a bind though because if he does this it will mean complete isolation from the EU, likely Article 7 procedures enacted, no EU funds, a crashing forint and economic catastrophe. The public will revolt but he may chance it because if he loses it means a dismantling of his mafia state and likely prosecution of himself and so many others for corruption. His daughter and son-in-law have already set up residence in the US. That will likely be the place where Orban goes in exile. We are on the cusp of a system change and the Fidesz elite are soiling their pants in fear.
No, Orbán is scared because his friends triggered a jihad, and in those circumstances civilian airplanes tend to blow up.
The fact that Trump and the rest of the West is retarded enough to not understand that, and take no measures is only confirming, how subpar American and Western European leadership is.

Outside of their Russian and Chinese friends Iran is isolated. Their is no united “jihad” against the US. With its’ attacks on the Gulf states Iran has set the Arab world against it. Iran is a terrorist state that Fidesz spent too much time creating close relations with and it is getting what it deserves. Subpar is every government that assisted Iran over the years and we know who they are. Yes every government is on guard for Iranian terrorism but Fidesz is using this and its’ anti-Ukraine hysteria to create the conditions to stop the election they are about to lose.

So if I understand correctly, the Orbán government supports the shooting of thousands of Iranian civilians and the terrorist organizations linked to Iran that are sowing death and destruction! So, according to you, Orban supports the useful idiots who in many European countries and also in the US chant From the river to the sea Palestine will be free!I do hope you know what this slogan means? Hamas, Hezbollah, ISIS and many other terrorist organisations that are supplied with weapons and money by Iran are held in high regard by Fidesz? Hungary has very good relations with Israel! So the Mossad, which can be considered the best secret service in the world, has no problem with that? Can we stay a little serious please!
What are you fantasizing about? Larry hasn’t even hinted at, let alone written, anything related to your supposed conclusions, neither in substance nor concretely. Your conclusions and far-fetched connections are so obviously wrong and so incoherent that even the most dim-witted person would be ashamed of them.
If it’s too difficult for you to understand, here’s another explanation at the most basic level I’m capable of, and one that you should understand if you have a shred of common sense.
This support isn’t about Orban accepting an ideology, but about his power-political goals, which are often identical to those of the Russians (see oil). Even if you’d like to obfuscate it, Russia and Iran are clearly allies, despite the stark political and ideological differences. Orban doesn’t care about ideologies; the main thing is that he can enrich himself. That’s why he has no problem cooperating with the fascist-like Russian system and the communists in China.
Could you try to be more objective and share your fabricated fantasies with your Russian friends? I’m not used to such lowbrow humor! They’ll certainly admire you, since they prefer conspiracy theories to reality. Most people probably couldn’t even dream of writing something as absurd as you do.
