World-famous singer Ricky Martin returns to Budapest this year!

Latin pop superstar Ricky Martin is set to return to Hungary this summer, with organisers confirming a major Budapest concert on 6 July.

The global hitmaker will take to the stage at the Papp László Budapest Sportaréna, marking his latest appearance in the Hungarian capital, Budapest. The singer last performed there two years ago – not including his secret concert recently – at a large-scale open-air show in Heroes’ Square, where he promised fans he would soon come back.

Decades of global hits

Across a career spanning more than three decades, Ricky Martin has built an international reputation as one of the defining figures of Latin pop. His catalogue includes chart-topping songs such as Livin’ la Vida Loca and She Bangs, alongside romantic ballads that helped cement his crossover success worldwide.

Born in Puerto Rico, he began working in television advertisements at the age of nine before launching his music career as a teenager with the boy band Menudo. He released his first solo album in 1991 and has since sold more than 95 million records globally, earning numerous platinum certifications as well as multiple Grammy and Latin Grammy awards.
