Today marks Saudi Arabia’s Flag Day, celebrating one of the Kingdom’s most important national symbols. In honour of the occasion, the Saudi Embassy in Budapest took a unique approach to the commemoration: a helicopter repeatedly flew over the Danube River carrying a massive Saudi flag.

Flag Day is traditionally celebrated throughout Saudi Arabia, with the green flag featuring white Arabic inscriptions receiving special attention.
