Night of the Museums on this weekend

Gróf Széchenyi István said ’The nation’s power relies on the educated people’. Thirteen years ago, the Night of the Museum organizers had wanted to increase the cultural entertainments for the educated people. Education cannot be only restricted to secondary school programs and university lectures. People should have an interesting night when they can visit their favorite museums a little different: this night is the Night of the Museums. This event is organized around the county on 20th June. More than one hundred museum and institutes will be open in Budapest and ca. 200 cities have joined to this movement. Besides the museums, visitors can walk in to the castles, zoos, baths, etc. ; therefore, all members of the family can find the program in which they are interested in. There are numerous programs during this night and thanks for the thousands of experts visitors can enjoy the exhibitions of the museums, filled with interesting information about a certain work.
