Great news for travellers! Dual branded hotel opens in Budapest

The first hotel-office mix-use development on the Hungarian real estate market will be home to a dual-branded hotel.

WING and Accor made a deal about the Southern wing on the Liberty complex. In 2023 a 332 room hotel will open, and it will be dual-branded. The brands are Ibis and Tribe. – writes VG.hu.

The Liberty complex is a stunning place in its own right.

The building received the BREEAM Excellent qualification and is the first hotel-office mix-use development on the Hungarian real estate market. It is close to the airport, M5 freeway, Groupama Arena, Telekom-building, and the Budapest Multifunctional Sports and Event Hall, which is nearly finished. The area is also a great one in terms of accessible transport options.

The 332 rooms offered by the hotel are equally divided between the three-star Ibis and the four-star Tribe brands.

On the ground floor, the entrance area, a lounge area that functions as a business corner, and a conference room will be found. The conference room will be able to host 220 people, and according to plans, it will be detachable into four parts. Events can be hosted here. The hotel will have a café, a restaurant, fitness room, underground garage. The project considers the accessibility of the rooms to make sure the guests are comfortable.

Services for employees of the offices in the Liberty complex will be available at a discount.

Apart from the café, restaurant and lounge, other facilities and services will be available. These are taxi orders, cleaning service, event planning, on-site catering and available conference room.
