Minor earthquake in Budapest

An earthquake registering 2.2 on the Richter scale could be felt on Tuesday at 1:18 pm in the south of Budapest. The earthquake was registered by the instruments of the Kövesligethy Radó Seismological Observatory, as well as people in the affected area, index.hu writes. So far, there have been no reports of damage.
The earthquake could be felt in districts XXI and XXIII. An earthquake of 2.2 magnitude is not unusual in Hungary, and it is classified as “minor” on the Richter scale.
