Jobbik: Fidesz steals from Hungarians twice

The auditors of the European Commission reviewed 48 EU tenders last November, and 44 of them failed to meet the requirements. This means that Hungary may be fined for HUF 100-150 billion. The parties involved include Lőrinc Mészáros’ companies and the law office of Fidesz MP István Bajkai.

Jobbik has warned the public many times over the past years that most of the EU funds end up in the hands of a small pro-government circle which significantly overprices the bills amongst circumstances effectively blocking a real competition. Although it is not yet known what anomalies the reviews have found but the people mentioned above are likely to have something to do with the fines.

Through its practice of legalized corruption, the Fidesz government skims the EU monies, taking them away from Hungarian small and medium enterprises, the Hungarian taxpayers.
