Clueless where to go? Don’t want to spend too much? Then this list is for you. A travel site has put together the ten cheapest destinations in 2023. According to the US survey, Hungary is among the cheapest destinations.

The US site kliplinger.com has rounded up the cheapest places to go on holiday. Inflation is a global issue, but you don’t necessarily have to give up on a holiday or a weekend trip.

The ranking is based on the average total daily cost. This includes accommodation, meals and daily living costs. Airfare expenses are not included in the list, as it is highly dependent on the date of travel and your destination.

The cheapest destination in Laos. Here the average daily cost is USD 15, while you would pay USD 8 for accommodation and USD 5 for lodging. The Southeast Asian country has over 4,000 islands. It is full of attractions, programmes and cooking schools for food lovers.
