Gyor ETO: ETO Park and stadium have been seized

During the asset recovery proceedings, the investigating authority seized the ETO Park of Gyor and the stadium too – the capital’s Attorney General said to M1 TV on Monday evening. After accusations, the asset recovery has begun, cars, shares, cash and properties were seized, nemzetipsort.hu said.

Tibor Ibolya recalled: the investigation was ordered on March 11, four house searches were held the same day, about ten thousand pages of printed text and about 800 gigabytes of electronic data were seized. It required time to review this “huge amount” of data – the Attorney General said.

When asked whether this amount of time, two weeks could be enough to evacuate the wealth through offshore companies, he replied: Csaba Tarsoly “was not in a situation objectively” to be able to evacuate his assets. The Attorney General the asset recovery process is in progress, as part of this the investigation authority has also seized the ETO Park of Gyor and the stadium as an interim measure. The Attorney General did not tell the details of the accusations in the case of Csaba Tarsoly and his two companions, only said “the classification of the act is fraud”. As he said, this is a crime which is difficult to prove and they had to have performed any acts of investigations, which make it the suspicion reasonable, nemzetisport.hu said.
