Crowds queueing for charity food in Hungary: people struggle

On all three days of Christmas, the Food for Life Charity Foundation (Ételt az Életért Alapítvány) held a food distribution for the people in need in front of the Planetarium building in Népliget. More and more people were queueing for food, as was the case on Saturday and Sunday. Those arrived could take home a hot lunch, fresh baked goods, hot tea, Indian sweets, fruit and a food gift bag with nearly 20 items.
This year again, the Food for Life Foundation has organised a food distribution for the people in need. More and more people are queueing up, the wristbands are running out fast and the people in need can take home a hot lunch, fresh baked goods, hot tea, Indian sweets, fruit and a food gift pack of nearly 20 items.
In the experience of the organisers, the impact of the crisis is being felt at the food distribution. They met many new faces compared to the regular mid-year occasions. They may not look like they are in need from the surface, and there is a significant number of children. The 1,000 hot meals for that day sold out extremely quickly. That many people attended the event on the 24th. However, the organisers expected the most people to attend on the 26th.
Citizens in Millions are Struggling.

Saint Pope John Paul 11 and Cardinal Jozsef Mindszenty – there TOLERENCE taking on the Government of Orban – for the Citizens of Hungary first & foremost plus DEMOCRACY – they would not have been AFRAID.
