Romanian drivers, who are against the quarantine and come home from Italy, drive through Hungary, and occasionally stop for gasoline and take some rest.
Szeretlek Magyarország reported that the local authorities had to interfere on the borders of Hungary and Romania. At the border of Kiszombor-Nagycsanád reportedly twelve people with Romanian citizenship tried to enter the county with Italian cars. Their papers stated that they arrived from Torino, but when they were told that they would be transferred to quarantine for fourteen days, they rewrote the Italian city to a German one.
The travellers disobeyed the warning, and only the police could calm them down. The same happened at the border of Csanádpalota-Nagylak.
At the village of Nadab, a group of Romanians closed themselves into a building established as quarantine, and the authorities are unable to save a person whose coronavirus test was positive and is in the building. Several portals reported that Romanian citizens try to play out the rules. Some of them took a ship to Greece from Italy and through Bulgaria, they decided to get back to their home country. All of them stated that they arrived from Greece and not Italy.
