Children’s festival at Hajógyári Island

We all know that the Hajógyári Island belongs to the adults in August, but before the Sziget festival, there is going to be a children’s festival right here in June, reports funzine.hu. From the 2^nd of June until the 24^th, every Saturday and Sunday is for the kids: the Generali Children’s Island has concerts, circus shows, arts and crafts stations, a petting zoo and other interesting activities for all ages.

Programs

This June the island will be full of laughter and happy children. The first attraction is the kids’ favourite singer Judit Halász, other names in the line-up include the Kaláka, Róbert Dolák-Saly, Bori Rutkai and PASO. Another band that needs to be there every year is the Alma band, but there will be puppet shows and theatrical performances too. Those who are interested can learn magic tricks from the Bohóc Oskola and an acrobat school.

Children will have fun learning about road safety in the Generali KRESZ Park while driving kids’ electric cars. If you are interested in arts and crafts, you will be happy to know that the Kézműves Palace will be there to encourage toddlers and young children to work with their hands and make something amazing.
