Their most popular event is a tournament on Friday evenings each week. Buy-ins are 38,000 HUF with a guaranteed pool of 3 million HUF. By partaking in this exciting game, you receive a complimentary dinner. If that sounds a little too high-stakes for you, two lower-limit tournaments are running on most other days. Typically, weeknights see four to five tables operating at a time, but there can be ten or more tables running on weekends. We suggest arriving early to avoid waiting for a seat.

The Duna Center also offers a bar with reasonably priced beverages. So get ready to put on your mystery face and grab a seat.

The Las Vegas Style Chain Locations

The Las Vegas-style chain has extended to five locations throughout the city of Budapest. They are all unique and have something a little different to offer patrons. There is no dress code, so don’t worry about getting too fancy. As long as you’re age 18 and up, you’re welcome to come inside, grab a drink, and have some fun. Although the website lists all their games as open 24/7, hours are subject to change due to external events like the pandemic of 2020.

Corvin

Las Vegas Corvin is located in Sétány, Budapest. At 1,200 square meters, this is their largest cards room. You can play several other money games.

If you’re looking for some classic games, you can grab a seat at one of their 21 or Punto Banco tables or Ultimate Texas tables. When you’ve played up an appetite, stop by their affordable restaurant and bar.

Atlantis

Las Vegas Atlantis opened in 2015, and reviewers consistently say it’s one of the best gaming experiences in Hungary. This substantial card room includes all types of gaming options.

Card players can try their hand at Hold’em or take a shot at one of their blackjack or Punto Banco tables. Don’t forget to grab a drink or a snack at the bar and restaurant.

Tropicana

Las Vegas Tropicana is located in the charming District V at the heart of Budapest. Gresham Palace and the Danube Palace are only a short five-minute walk from here. Although it’s one of their smaller locations, it’s a favorite of the locals.

They offer four American game tables as well as electronic options. Their four card tables include 21 and Hold’em, and they have 159 machines. When you need a break, sip a cocktail and lounge under the palm trees at their Beach Bar.

Sofitel

Sofitel is housed within the Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge Hotel. It’s one of their most prominent, with a whopping 21 table games.

Go for a swim in the indoor pool, or relax in their sauna. You can socialize in the Paris Budapest Bar. The hotel also offers iconic views of historical monuments in the city.
