New flights from Hungarian tourist hotspot to Mediterranean country

The Arkia Israeli Airlines will carry passengers between Lake Balaton’s Sármellék airport and Israel’s Tel-Aviv from 2 June until 29 September. The new flights will commute twice a week.
According to Airportal, the Israeli airline will operate the flights on Mondays and Fridays between the HévÃz-Balaton and Tel-Aviv airports. Some routes will be flown with Boeing 737-800 and Airbus A320 planes and crew leased from Smartwings and FlyLili airlines. The IZ 1293 flights will take off from Tel-Aviv at 6 AM and land in Sármellék at 8:25 AM. The IZ 1294 flights will return to Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport at 9:55 AM to land at 2:10 PM.

The number of Budapest Air France-KLM flights will increase
According to Airportal, Air France and KLM are to launch new flights to popular holiday destinations while they will re-establish last summer’s travel frequency to Budapest. Air France offers 190 destinations with 900 flights daily. The French flag carrier will operate 20 flights between Budapest Airport and Paris’s Charles de Gaulle in the summer.
