After the completion of the extraordinary maintenance, the Zugliget Chairlift (Zugligeti Libegő) in Budapest will be running again from the last weekend of April. During the shutdown, BKV (Budapest Transport Company) specialists also carried out the usual spring maintenance, BKV said in a statement.

“From 10 AM on 27 April, the Zugliget Chairlift will once again be waiting for passengers wishing to enjoy the panoramic view of Budapest,” the company says, adding a piece of wonderful news:

“Tickets purchased in 2023 and not used will remain valid until 31 December 2024.”

However, the ticket prices are increasing, Telex warns.
