Birthday celebrations can get out of hand sometimes. There is a possibility of bringing an inappropriate gift to the celebrated person. However, some gifts might be a little too much especially when someone tries to provide probably the first sexual intercourse for their 10-year-old boy, with another underage girl.

Organising sexual intercourse for a 10-year-old child might not be the best idea. It is even worse when the other party is a 15-year-old girl who was forced into the situation. The worst possible outcome is when this act is performed in front of other people while recording it.

The mother of a 10-year-old boy has been arrested for organising sexual intercourse for his birthday — reports Police.hu. A recording has been made by another teenager of the incident, where the 10-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl had sexual intercourse. Once the act was done, the recording was sent to their friends. The event happened on 6 May 2021 and the investigation was concluded in recent days.

If the case in itself was not strange enough, there is more. From the report, we know that in the background, commands and loud laughter could be heard. This means that it was not just a regular intercourse, but rather a family event.

The conclusion

The 33-year-old mother had been detained as the main organiser of the event, convincing the underage girl and the boy to perform the act. The owner of the house was also interrogated as she allowed the incident to happen in the rented apartment while participating in the process. The 16-year-old teenager, who made the recordings, was also interrogated on the basis of child pornography.

The 15-year-old girl told the police that she was afraid of the aggressive and threatening mother. The teenager who made the recordings also said in his defence that even he was startled by the threats that the girl had received.

After the investigation, the police handed the documents to the prosecutor’s office. The mother is still under arrest and the suspicions are the following: Sexual violence against a person under the age of twelve. Sexual violence instigation to the detriment of a relative. As well as the crime of endangering a minor.

The boy who made the recordings was investigated on the basis of child pornography. The landlord was also investigated because of endangering a minor and child pornography.

However, the 15-year-old girl was also investigated for sexual violence against a person under the age of twelve.
