Katinka Hosszú and her fiancé, Máté Layber-Gelencsér, officially opened their restaurant in the capital on Thursday, 9 June. The Koool superfood restaurant has several goals. It wants to show that healthy, nutritious, allergen-, gluten-, dairy- and sugar-free meals can be exciting, delicious and affordable, reports Roadster.hu.

Koool is a place where people with a variety of food allergies don’t have to think for a second about what to order, as all dishes are “free-from.” Most importantly, there is no difference in taste, so even a companion can feel at home.
