Someone may get fired for the National Ambulance Service’s “strip video”

Change language:

The creators probably aimed for something funny, but the video broke a big scandal.

As Daily News Hungary previously wrote, the National Ambulance Service posted a video about the new uniforms they received, but many people found it sexist and outrageous. While the Facebook caption of the video simply informs about the new arrivals, the video is rather controversial. “Catering to the needs of our comrades, the new vests with removable sleeves, belts, optional pockets and knee protectors, the new uniforms have arrived.” the National Ambulance Service (OMSZ) wrote.

The video; however, did not represent a serious message. The creators probably aimed for something funny, but the content and the story have barely anything to do with the clothes’ arrival.

As the video’s story goes, female employees begin daydreaming when one colleague posts a piece of paper on the door. The announcement says that new clothes will be distributed to ambulance workers. Then a man arrives and the ladies do not hide that they are satisfied with his looks. He gets his clothes, and the next thing we see is that he pulls down his top, adjusts his belt, and fixes his pockets. Of course, the ladies enjoy what they see. One of them does not even care anymore about a man’s framed photo on her desk. This scene suggests that she must be married, or at least in a serious relationship. Some ladies are playing with their hair or arranging their blouses in a flirtatious way, while others just enjoy the show which is presented in a pointedly cliché manner.

  1. It’s obvious that the protesters have no sense of humour. What a shame when the people actually working on the street are wonderful and fun to be with. For goodness sake, get a life!

This is not pre 1989 we are living in Hungary.
    It is the 21st century.
Tolerance – without adding STIGMA – label on people who may venture into acts of life, that are outside your comfort zone.
It takes ALL kinds to make Mankind – and those who go outside the square to what is thought NORMALITY – act with Tolerance to-wards them – and “Move on” and worry about your own life, and what you can give, in words, thoughts and deeds – to others that make there life a Laugh and enjoyable.
What expectations we expect from our Ambulance Professionals.
What they have done – continuing to do – there heroic deeds post February 2020 – hands off snakey and wakey wakey – Please.

  3. As Ian says, some people should get a life. Then again, Hungarians are not noted for their sense of humour, by and large they are a pretty sour faced bunch always moaning about something.
