This eco-farm is the work of a Belgian couple. They live in a self-sustainable way, very close to nature. They keep animals – cows and chickens-, grow vegetables and built the houses on the plot from their own ground. The smaller house is fit for three people while the bigger one can give refuge to five.

Watermill hotel

With a unique location right on the border, not only the hotel but the entire area has a magical feel to it. The most famous monument of the area is the watermill from the time of Maria Theresa. Swine stable for bikers

The building was built in the early 1900s, originally as a swine stable. Now, it is a truly minimalist accommodation for bikers and those who just want shelter from the night, literally on beds made out of straw, without any luxurious circumstances. Spending a night here only costs 500 HUF (1.58 EUR), but there are only seven spots available, with a shared bathroom and restroom.

Modern-time cave hotel

The apartments were created in 300-year-old caves. The rooms come with an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower in it. At the hotel in Sirok, you can feel like the Flintstones while still enjoying the conveniences of the modern world.
