Jet2 lanuches new flight between Budapest and Birmingham for winter 19/20

Just a week after putting their Winter Sun 19/20 programme on sale, Jet2 is announcing more fantastic news for holidaymakers with the launch of their biggest ever programme of Winter City Breaks for 19/20.

The expanded programme includes two brand new routes for next Winter – Budapest from Birmingham and Krakow from Glasgow – as well as over 675,000 seats to city break destinations across Europe, marking a 17% capacity increase.

With nine magical city break destinations to choose from next winter, there are more flights and breaks on sale in response to the demand for culture, food, history, retail and sightseeing in a range of popular city hotspots such as Budapest, Rome, Krakow and Prague.

Key highlights on their exciting Winter 19/20 City Breaks programme include:

A 17% increase in capacity to city break destinations including two brand new winter routes – Birmingham to Budapest and Glasgow to Krakow –

each operating every Monday and Friday, perfectly timed for long weekend breaks.

Prague: Over 130,000 seats on sale (15% capacity increase) with up to 14 weekly services from across six UK bases (Birmingham, East Midlands, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Newcastle).

Krakow: A capacity increase of more than 30% means over 110,000 seats on sale and up to 12 weekly services from across five UK bases (Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Newcastle).

Rome: Over 115,000 seats on sale to the Italian capital means up to 15 weekly services from across five UK bases (Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Newcastle).

Budapest: A capacity increase of over 30% means more than 110,000 seats on sale and up to 12 weekly services across five UK bases (Birmingham, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Leeds Bradford and Manchester).
