According to varosban.blog.hu, Dreher is organizing Dreherfeszt this Saturday.
The beer festival will be organized in the huge yard of the brewery, in Jászberényi Road. Dreher brewery is an important tourist attraction in Budapest. They regularly receive visitors, who roam the area with narrow gauge railway. But it is not a museum, but an active factory site: Dreher, Arany Ászok, Kőbányai, HB, Kanizsai and a many other smaller beer brands are made here.
The area is huge: the 500X900 metres site impresses you for the first sight, the barrel blasting machine factory, the Hetes site (name of the packaging department), the brewhouse, the fermentaion tanks and the huge silos are taking us around and we have not even seen the complete picture, varosban.blog.hu says. Beyond the walls you can see the barley store of the former Royel Brewery. The are where the unpacked boxes are, would be enough for a small plane’s runway too.
