Opinionated About Dining (OAD) is a dining survey that factors experience into its rating system. OAD was created by Steve Plotnicki in 2004, and over the past sixteen years, it has evolved into an internationally respected restaurant guide. Its results are based on the reviews of approximately 6,000 people. This year, 6 Hungarian restaurants were included in four categories.
OAD lists the world’s best restaurants every year based on the votes of food connoisseurs. Each voter’s results are run through an algorithm that takes into account the experience of the particular voter and the quantity as well as the quality of the restaurants they have visited. Based on these factors, each voter receives a score that determines the weight of their votes.

I have eaten at Onyx several times. It is wonderful, but, as you may expect, quite expensive.
However, it is a treat for those who appreciate such things.
